This plan is designed for organizations with an eye towards future Internet growth. It provides lots of disk space, and the facility for having three different domains (with different web directories and separate emailboxes), as well as an exclusive IP address that is not shared with other hosting customers.

When traffic increases to a high level where a dedicated server is an affortable option, the exclusive IP address can be moved to your dedicated server with no interruption of service, or reconfiguration of client software. The plan has many features and can be maintained using a Web-based control panel. A variety of payment plans are available so that you can setup your Web site and not worry about a monthly charge. If you pre-pay for two years in advance, you get substantial savings of more than a 40% discount.

• Web-based Control Panels for easy configuration
  You can setup directory-based access control, create Web users and manange your electronic mailboxes, aliases, auto-responders and address books through Web-based control panels.
• Exclusive IP Address Your Web server is attached to a separate IP address that is not shared with other hosting customers. This will allow you to run an anonymous FTP server. You will also be able to easily move to a decidated machine with no switch over time or client software reconfiguration.

• Domain Registration for up to 3 domains
  Govital will register the requested domain name on your behalf with an Internet registrar and set the domain name service (DNS) to a govital server. If you pre-pay for the year, there is no charge for this.
• Domain Name Service (DNS) for up to 3 domains
  Govital will handle all domain name requests for your domain, and direct Web and Electronic mail connections to the appropriate servers.
• Domain-Based Electronic Mail
  You can create up to 50 electronic mail aliases and up to 50 separate mailboxes. You can access these mailboxes from a Web browser or from a mail reading program that supports POP mail retrieval.
• Web Server Extensions and Programming Tools
  Our Web server is based on the Apache system and in addition to regular HTML, you can use: CGI (Common Gateway Interface), PHP Language, Perl Language (mod_perl), Python Programming Language, Apache ASP, Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions and up to 10 MySQL databases.
• Custom Error Pages
  You can customize error pages that are presented to the user for an extra level of professionalism.
• Web Statistics
  You can view your Web site statistics through graphs on the Web and text log files in your Web site directory.
• Anti-Spam and Anti-Virus Filters
  Your incoming and outgoing email messages are scanned for viruses and spam.

Options:

The following options can be provisioned separately to make your connection more powerful.

• Monthly bandwidth usage above 20 GB will be charged overage at a rate of $5.95 per 5 GB for the billing month.
• $99.99/year additional: Creation and registration of an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate for your Web site. This allows you to easily encrypt transmissions going in and out of your Web site so that you can handle sensitive information over the Internet with more protection.
• $5.95/month additional: Increase your Web storage space by an additional 500 MB.
• $21.95/year additional: Registration of another domain name that points to a directory within the existing Web directory structure.

• The network services are monitored 24/7, but technical support on this plan is only provided during regular business hours.
• Contract details, terms and limitations will be provided and agreed upon before installation and service begin.
• This plan does not include programming support or design services. We will only help you configure your Web site and electronic mailboxes. For extra support, consider our consulting services.
• There is no regular backup of your Web site files or mailboxes. Our backups are only for disaster recovery and may not be sufficient for your needs. You are strongly advised to keep regular backups of your Web site on your computer so that you are protected in the case of accidental file deletion.
