  You can setup directory-based access control, create Web users and manange your electronic mailboxes, aliases, auto-responders and address books through Web-based control panels.

• Domain Registration
  Govital will register the requested domain name on your behalf with an Internet registrar and set the domain name service (DNS) to a govital server.
• Domain Name Service (DNS)
  Govital will handle all domain name requests for your domain, and direct Web and Electronic mail connections to the appropriate servers.
• Domain-Based Electronic Mail
  You can create up to 50 electronic mail aliases and up to 25 separate mailboxes. You can access these mailboxes from a Web browser or from a mail reading program that supports POP mail retrieval.
• Web Server Extensions and Programming Tools
  Our Web server is based on the Apache system and in addition to regular HTML, you can use: CGI (Common Gateway Interface), PHP Language, Perl Language (mod_perl), Python Programming Language, Apache ASP, Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions and MySQL databases.

  You can customize error pages that are presented to the user for an extra level of professionalism.

• Monthly bandwidth usage above 10 GB will be charged overage at a rate of $5.95 per 5 GB for the billing month.
• $99.99/year additional: Creation and registration of an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate for your Web site. This allows you to easily encrypt transmissions going in and out of your Web site so that you can handle sensitive information over the Internet with more protection.
• $5.95/month additional: Increase your Web storage space by an additional 500 MB.
• $21.95/year additional: Registration of another domain name that points to a directory within the existing Web directory structure.

• The network services are monitored 24/7, but technical support on this plan is only provided during regular business hours.
• Contract details, terms and limitations will be provided and agreed upon before installation and service begin.
• This plan does not include programming support or design services. We will only help you configure your Web site and electronic mailboxes. For extra support, consider our consulting services.
• There is no regular backup of your Web site files or mailboxes. Our backups are only for disaster recovery and may not be sufficient for your needs. You are strongly advised to keep regular backups of your Web site on your computer so that you are protected in the case of accidental file deletion.
