A newer, faster and upgraded server has been installed on March 26, 2008 to handle all @govital.net mailboxes. All @govital.net mailboxes have the following new features, at no extra cost.

• All incoming mail is scanned for Spam and Viruses
• The server is consderably faster
• The latest version of OpenWebMail (for reading your mail from the Web) is installed
• Encrypted POP sessions are supported (using TLS)

Unfortunately, the old server for @govital.net mailboxed failed on March 25, unexpectedly. This resulted in a few hours of outage for those mailboxes. Some recent mail messages have been lost, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
