Our Direct Support Line is staffed from Monday to Friday between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm at (519) 254-5115 or toll-free at (888) 988-4825. During off-hours, your voice mail message will be forwarded to the technician on call.

The Net Café is open from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm from Monday to Friday. You can use the computer to surf the Web for $4/hour, or rent a business office for $10/hour. Limited on-street metered parking is available on our block of Ouellette Avenue. More metered on-street parking can be found in Pelissier Street (parallel street, one block west), or in the city parking garage at Pelissier and Park (SE), or the Fercan parking garage at Wyandotte at Goyeau (NW).
