This plan is designed for customers who require more than simple Web hosting, but with moderate total monthly transfers. Your server will be housed in our downtown Windsor network centre, in a room adjacent to our mail network core. Co-location traffic is separate from govital.net subscriber traffic. Your equipment will be only one network hop away from a Tier 1 national carrier.

24/7 network troubleshooting support is available with this plan.

The following features are part of this plan.

• Burstable Bandwidth
  Your server will be given an average maxiumum transfer rate of 6 Mb/s and can be burstable to 100 Mb/s if necessary. The traffic shaping pattern will be negotiated prior to service start.
• 300 GB Monthly Transfer Limit
  Your maxiumum monthly transfer is 300 GB. If you go over that limit, we can provide additional bandwidth of up to another 100 GB for $49.95 in that billing month.
• Static IP Address

Some additional things to consider

• The customer is responsible for supplying a UPS system. Power to your equipment will be filtered and surge-suppressed, but not from a battery system.
• The network services are monitored 24/7, but technical support on this plan is only provided during regular business hours. You will be provided with an after-hours telephone number to call with emergency connectivity issues.
• Contract details, terms and limitations will be provided and agreed upon before installation and service begin.
